Great product
We purchased the shower head along with other Hansgrohe shower products for our new bathroom construction. They are excellent quality and good construction. All parts work together seamlessly and are easy to install.They look amazing and function very well. I haven't used the shower yet, but it is difficult to get my son out of it. I am pleased with the purchase.

NOT for low water pressure showers. Disappointing performance.
Very disappointed in this. I have a sub twenty dollar showerhead from Delta with “H2O Kinetic” (silly name) that works much, much better than this showerhead with our low water pressure. I was expecting at least the same amount of force with the spray, and it is much less. I had to actually get out and retrieve the old showerhead to rinse out my hair.It is well built. I have Hansgrohe faucets in my house, which I adore, they last forever, never leak and are easy to clean. So I expected that performance from this showerhead.In a house with more water pressure it worked better, but still not as well as the Delta.I do have low water pressure, but with the Delta listed above the water comes out with much more force, covers more area and is much faster rinsing. Perhaps if you have high water pressure this will work well for you, but I would chose something else if you have low water pressure.Photo for scale.

The BEST shower head I've tried; and I've tried several
When my 18 year old shower head started to leak I went to the local "big box" store to get a replacement. As you may know, the allowed flow rate of shower heads had been reduced over the years. I tried (and returned) 3 different shows heads of different price points and different manufacturers. The biggest problem was around the fact that I have a personal well and the water pressure varies between 45 and 65 PSI. As a result as the pressure would vary during the shower as would the water flow rate. And if water was being used somewhere else in the house the drop in flow was really noticeable. But this hansgrohe Raindance S 4-inch Showerhead is next to perfect! I have been using it now for over 3 months and I have NEVER noticed a reduction in water flow. I love it. It did cost more than the others that I bought, but it is worth every penny.

Attractive showerhead, but it didn't solve my problem
It's a nice-looking object, but that's where the fun ended for me. In a NYC walk-up apartment with poor water pressure, this made no difference for me, unfortunately. I had bought into the idea that this "air-injection" technology was going to help, but I have noticed zero improvement.

I loved it so much I decided to buy one for ...
This is the second shower head I have bought from Hansgrohe. About 3 years ago I bought this shower head. I loved it so much I decided to buy one for my son. When it came I was surprised to see that it was smaller than the original one I bought. They should go back to the larger size but like everything else you are paying more for less. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the size difference.

3 stars for now, rain quit falling after 5 months.
I did not buy this from Amazon. My contactor installed it in May 2018 as part of my bathroom remodel. We choose this because we have hard water and the rubber nippes would make it easy to clean. By Oct, the air rain setting would just dribble. (Another type of CA drought?) The massage setting stopped whirling. There are no signs of calcium. I scrapped the nipples, but while i got the massage to whirl, the rain just dribbled. No go. I soaked the head in vinegar. That seemed to help, for now. Our cheap $30 PFister model with a similar set up never gave me any such issue. Never needed any maintenance. It may be returning from the guest bathroom if this one doesn't show improvement. This one has a 5 yr warranty. So I will exercise that option first.UPDATE May 2019: I put my older faucet back on my shower and have been much happier. This one went into the rarely used guest bathroom.

High Quality Product--Glad I Bought It
Surprisingly easy to install. I wound up purchasing two [after the first one proved so easy to install, I bought another.] I installed the first by hand with no plumbers tape and NO LEAKING! The other required two wraps of plumbers tape to stop the leaks. This shower head provides a very nice flow with plenty of water. Both my wife and I like it. Very glad I purchased them.
