Yeah... I dont know about the silent squeak part. I know I hear air in the squeaker. I know I can stand in the stairwell with him upstairs and he doesnt come to the squeak. If I squeak it in front of him he enjoys the game.In contrast... If I breath on the glass treat jar he will break a leg jumping off the bed upstairs, down the hallway, round the corner, down the stairs, bust through the closed kitchen door, round another corner and come to a skidding halt... grinning at me... "were you perhaps thinking about opening the treat jar"So... my scientific method suggests my dog can hear but is more motivated by food.He likes it well enough when we play and he has not disembowled it like he did the small squirrels... may they RIP.

Awesome, providing you are with the small puppy, you know he/she is playing with the toy without the squeaky noise which adults can hear

I had high hopes for this product and it seems to be great idea - unfortunately my puppy couldn't hear anything when I squeezed the squeaker - nothing - completely ignored it :( - I decided to give it to her as a toy anyway as it was supposed to durable for dogs that like chewing - she tore it apart in a few minutes - she is a miniature Dacshund with only baby teeth... disaster...

Dogs love them and so do I, peace and quiet. They can go as mad as they like.

Bought this for my dog who loves squeaky toys. Sadly it took less than 10 minutes for him to have the ears off.

Rubbish! Just a stuffed toy with the squeeker taken out. Makes no other noise discernable by my dog or myself!

Great idea but not dog proof. Within one minute my dog had chewed it to pieces. Jack Russell terrier ;)

This little guy is great quality, and keeps our house nice and quiet. The silent squeaker is a delight for humans, AND our pupper can still hear it perfectly. Win!

We bought this for our 6 month old Belgian Malanois and the first thing she did after meeting Wynona (that's the beaver) is to rip poor Wynona's teeth off. Beyond this first casualty, Wynona has become a beloved toy that is often used as a peace offering with the murder mittens in resident (grumpy old cat doesn't like Wynona though). The toy is, thankfully, a truly silent squeak toy. She does make a puff of air sound when our malligator (trust me, she's part alligator) plays with her but she's otherwise silent until she's flung at the door, there is a very small thud at impact. Since arriving Wynona has held up to malligator attacks, forced flight, sudden impacts with various objects, and more than a few rounds of tug-of-war. For the price, this toy is honestly great!

There was an obvious reaction to the squeeker (this is his second one). It is a great toy... unless your dog is a chewer... 20 minutes he had the teeth off seam ripped and was chewing on the squeeker. The dinosaur version lasted almost 3 days before the squeeker was killed.If your dog is not tough on toys its a great toy, the dog obviously hears it and enjoys it - but unfortunately not a tough toy. I gave it a decent rating because doggo is tough on toys, but he enjoys them.

Love ultrasonic toys. I do wish they were more durable. Granted I have a Chessie so an aggressive chewer.. I recommend and have bought others. Some last a week others a couple of hours. There is NO indestructible dog toy. So I understand that. Will buy again.
