Miracle for Sciatic muscle pain
I don't know how it works and I don't care - it works! I have three people in my life with debilitating sciatic pain. I gave them this spray and they are better. Nothing more to say. It does have a scent, but for me and those receiving relief, it's pleasant and not overpowering.

I Love Kool n Fit
Not only do I love Kool n Fit, I'm going to go spray some on as soon as I'm done here! It's a great product for aches, pains, bruises and tired, overworked muscles. If you can't have a massage, this is the next best thing! Use it even if you can have a massage. It is very economical, spray or splash all around the painful area, not just where it hurts. And don't rub it in, let it air dry. Keep it away from broken skin and keep your undies on when applying. ONLY thing that's relieved my chronic pain!
I've used Kool 'n Fit for quite a few years for chronic neck (very degenerated disc) pain and constant shoulder & rotater cuff pain, and I must tell you that it's truly the only thing that's actually taken away, removed pain, albeit temporarily. But sometimes when I'm in shoulder spasm, the hour or two that Kool 'n Fit is working gives my muscles time to relax enough that when the pain returns, it's not as painful as before. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain! Works better than ThermaCare and that type of thing, Tiger Balm, many other lotions and sprays I've tried. It's awesome! Try it, you'll find relief!
