It is the Best pain relief cream that I haveever used but Do Not Put Too Much Onbecause you might go up in Smoke...Just put a Thin Stream On The Lenth ofBoth Fingers Next To The Thumb....I haveBeen using it for the last 9 years since IHad An Aorta Anuelism operation( the main artery from the heart had ballooned out to 8 CM and was ready to burstand was ready to burst and had to be replaced ) I was on the operating table for12 1/2 hours and again for another 8 1/2Hours when the surgeon saw that he hadMessed the operation up and tried to fixit but couldn't which left me in a wheelchairunable to use my left leg and caused me to have Arthritis in that leg giving me SeverePain in my leg,ankle and foot.Pain messHelped a little so I Tried that pain cream...It Works Great Especially when my legGets Cold...but don't put too much on atFirst until you get used to it...God BlessWhoever invented it.. I am a court reporter. If any of you know anything about our job, we can be typing for up to eight hours or more a day. Iv'e been doing this job for 27 years. For the last 13, I've had tendonitis, and pretty severe. There is nothing that can be done for this ailment, so would take lots of hydrocodone to get through the grueling days. I know this is not good for me, and so I tried this product. Actually first i tried this product with the HP in the name and it was a .075%. All that product did was burn my skin. I figured because it was stronger, well, it has to be better. Apparently not so. I started using this product and I can tell a significant difference in my pain. The delivery time was great...but the product didn't do what I purchased it to do. This cream was suggested when I did a search for a numbing agent. It didn't numb.me at all, not even in the slightest. It's a muscle rub that doesn't numb it kind of burned but that was it. For me no relief was provided but that's not to say it wouldn't work on others.

I had lower back surgery in 2005. Get the aches and pains that come along with doing too much. 66% nerve damage in my left leg. When I put this stuff on my lower back and hip, the muscles relax and the pain is gone for about a day. I have not found ANYTHING that does this and I am so excited to have found it. It does not give an odor like bengay or icy hot, and I can work without side effects of most pills that dont even come close to what this does. I do apply it with latex gloves. Highly recommended!

Allergist recommended this as a treatment for vasomotor rhinitis. It sucks but works if you stick with it.

I came across this while looking for something for the pain and burning in my feet from Neuropathy, a very bad side effects of Diabetes. Products with chili peppers are recommended for this problem. A friend recommended the Trixaicin with 0.025% of capsaicin, lesser of 2 strengths, and it worked SO GOOD! This was a very good price, the product arrived quickly after I placed my order, and I will order again when I need more.

Works great on sore muscles Not to hot to be objectionable. would not recommend the 0.075 if you have sensitive skin. 0,025 is enough
