I read the reviews before ordering and am so surprised that no one commented on how small the disc is. I wear a size 10 women's shoe and half my foot was hanging off the edge of the disc. Not only was that kinda uncomfortable, but made the reflexology portion of the product completely useless. Might be good for kids or people with shoe size 7 or smaller. It does spin, but doesn't seem like it is made very well.

The disc is smaller in size than I had anticipated. I have size 8 feet and my feet actually extends outside of the disc when I step on it. Since the circumference is small I have to lock my knees together when I use the disc. It is uncomfortable to use and will have to get used to the compact size of the disc. Would have preferred it to be a bit bigger in size.

I am glad I bought the larger disc. I wear a size six shoe and my feet fit exactly on the disc. I enjoy using it but it has only been 3 days so I am not sure how truly effective it will be for losing inches.

I twist daily!!! Love this product. My waist line is actually shrinking. It's being noticed by others which is always nice. I dance while I twist which makes it even more fun. Just find a fast paced song and you're good to go

It's a bit small, but once you are on it does a good job.

I'm only 140 and when I step on this thing it sounds like its cracking it makes me feel like I'm super overweight.... but it works for now I'm just sure it wont be much longer.... if it was better quality it would be fabulous

The disc was too small. Can't put two foot on it without falling off.

Its design is very cheap and noisy. But it does a good job moving the belly around like Zumba, better than Zumba until it breaks. I am expecting damage soon.

I would not make this purchase again. Cheaply made.

Complete garbage. Cheap thin plastic and way small. When you stand on it you can feel the bottom mechanism and almost the floor! The bumps and silly magnet junk is pure hype. You can actually feel the plastic bend when you try and balance on it. Not worth 5 cents. Classic Chinese garbage.

The box was open, you can tell it was used and returned. The product is filthy. Very disappointed! I bought new.

Got this for my parents. Does it what its meant for. Kind of wished the twisting was a bit more smooth. Feels like its gonna get worn out pretty quick.

It works but think it will end up gathering dust like many other things the wife has bought
