This is really good product for solution dissolves quickly works well. Love the spray bottle included to add saline solution to for keeping nasal passages moisturized.

Worked just like the name brand stuff and it's a lot more affordable.

So this product was advertised as having two sprayers in the box, but when I opened the box, it just came with one. A little disappointed because I was going to use one for me and another family member. No, it is not under the sealed packets either or in with them, I checked.

Am using two tubes per treatment. It does not appear to be as effective as Neil Med or SinuSense. Not too pleased.

These packets seem stroner than the brand I usually use. Sometimes burns the inside of my nostrils too much so I add a little more distilled water.
