Works great and contains everything you need
Not sure about the other negative review. I have just installed it yesterday and it works great, everything is included to install a bidet toilet seat for your geberit in wall toilet

Necessary but not sufficient
I wanted to add a new Toto washlet to my existing Geberit carrier (111.798) and Toto wall hung toilet. Considerable research was needed to figure out that this set was what I needed. However, for the 111.798 carrier, I also needed a different water supply wye hose (243.173.00.1); the wye and hose included with this kit have to be discarded. Finally, to get the Toto proprietary supply hose to connect to this Geberit angle stop, I needed the Toto adapter Thp3141 AND a 1/2" compression female to 1/2" npt male adapter from my local hardware store.Needless to say, after using only about half the parts from this kit and supplementing another $75 worth of additional parts, I'm underwhelmed by the value of this item.

High quality. Works as advertised.
Note: you really only need this for remodel. For new construction its not necessary as your plumber can just install the normal fitting.
