Very Comfy! Doesn't smell of chemicals at all unlike my old pillow, holds its shape, doesn't get hot.. Amazing buy! Soft removable cover.I hand washed the cover the minute it arrived. After that I aired the pillow for 24hrs, there was never no strong chemical smell. Anyway after 24hrs it all seemed fine. I bought this for myself but my partner tried and liked it, so I'll have to buy another one at some point.It is a little small, but thats my fault for not reading the sizes.Not sure what the Carry Case is all about at all! Would rather they take that out and make the pillow a little wider lol.Pillow Material:Memory Foam, feels like one big sculpted block. There are no offcuts or bits.Cover:Soft, removable and easy to clean by hand.I would highly recommend the pillow!

Had this pillow for just under 2 weeks now and what a difference it makes or so I'm told as the wife has since taken possession and won't give it back! Unpackaged and left to breathe and rise for 72 hours as recommended. Being a side sleeper it supports my neck perfectly and my wife being an occasional back sleeper which often caused her to snore then keeps her in a perfect position for her neck to stop this. I'd 100% recommend and will be ordering a second on pay day for myself.

I neither like or dislike the product. it came fast,we noticed immediate change in aches and pains when using the pillow at first.However after 2 weeks it seems to have lost its effectiveness

No pain relief at all. I would say is even worse. Very hard, and supporting neck in wrong place. Not recommended.

I have suffered poor sleep for some time now and have tryed all sorts of pillows to help me get a good night and to be pain free in my neck and sholders, well i have now found the right pillow for me its amazing so comfortable and i finally get a good nights sleep with no pain

I was advised to buy this pillow cause i suffered from migraine and it was really great, i also had stiff nick every morning which is no more a problem, i really like this pillow and i am ordering another one, it takes only one day to take shape and another day for the smell to go
