Complicated instructions
The media could not be loaded. The instructions are not at all clear and it took three educated adults to make sense of the 4 page instructions and a total of 6 hours to put togetherThe individual parts should be named clearer and more detail on what to doThe instructions also said it didn’t come with bolts for anchoring to the ground so went and bought some, then near the end realised that it did have boltsAfter all of the faffing though, it looks amazing and we will enjoy using it!

Terrible instructions
Impossible for diy assembly due to terrible instructions and no labelling of parts. Would gladly give it to a scrap merchant as all the enjoyment has gone out of it after such a difficult construction.

Great product poor instructions.
A great product, well built and very robust with an outstanding canopy. But, the instruction manual is awful, poorly written and confusing. Allow up to 5 frustrating hours to assemble. That said, the finished product is brilliant. The company who supply it are fast and efficient.
