This is a nice product that self-soaps the toilet bowl with a powdered detergent that gives the sponge its blue color. Once the detergent dissolves, the sponge turns white. It is a nice size that can reach and scour almost every surface of the bowl nicely.Here is where it loses the one star. It cannot reach into the tiny neck at the bottom of my bowl that seems to be a magnet for dirt buildup. Any effort I make to get at least part of the sponge into that tight space twists it around on the wand and nearly pulls it off. I have to stop trying to clean the bowl when that happens for fear of jamming the sponge in the waste pipe and clogging the bowl if I pushed any harder.These sponges are intended for one use only, although you can get a second use out of them in conjunction with a liquid toilet bowl cleaner. However, if you don't want them dripping all over the floor as you travel to the trash, it would be best to leave them with the sponge tucked under the front rim of the bowl and the handle resting on the back of the bowl or against the water tank for a few minutes, to let the water drain out.

Very hard to find in my local stores. For some reasons the stores stopped carrying them. Thank God, Amazon vendors still sell them. I love using Scotch Bite disposable toilet scrubber since the old fashioned brush and holder set is very hard to keep sanitary, especially it tends to be covered right when you put it back in the holder. Imagine millions of smelly germs growing under the cover, especially with the brush still wet from being used. Hideous. To start with how many of us enjoy scrubbing the toilet? The Scotch Brite disposable toilet scrubber head is the only way one can do it efficaciously and hygienically. When you finish, you just throw the used part away and use a new one each time you need to scrub the toilet again. No toilet brush set to clutter the bathroom. I hope the 3 M people will never discontinue this product. Yes, throw out that germy toilet brush set away since you do not need it anymore if you can use the Scotch Brite disposable toilet scrubber. It is worth every penny.

hello, it is interesting that toilet bowls have square corners down deep and under the lip. most of the cleaner brushes are round. this is a problem as the bristles cannot get to all of the edges and corners. this scotch brite scrubber can get into the corners and does a much better job than normal bristle round head brushes. when it is time to dispose of the used brush head, the click handle pops it open and using the clear wrapping from new brush head refill, it comes off easily and you don't touch the wet cleaning scrubber. slide on the new refill and with a click of the tab, you are ready for more cleaning. or you can now leave the new dry scrubbing head on ready to go without a wet bristle brush drying in cabinet. great product and scrubber refills are available. excellent delivery and service from amazon.

I bought this refill box so I would be getting just the scrubbers and not with the handles that I don't need. The scrubbers are not individually wrapped liked the ones you buy in the stores that come with the handle. Like other reviewers have stated, I found that these are not as effective in doing the job as the ones that come wrapped. These seem to loose their blue potency faster and all I have left is a white scrubber. I find I have to pour more scrubbing compound (lysol, scrubbing bubbles etc) to help with the cleaning after the blue washed off. If I can find a box with better cleaning ability, I'll buy it.

The provider I selected (not Amazon Prime as they were on back order & not available at the time) was too too expensive!! Likely my fault for reading more carefully. I thought I was getting a case not just one box. Over $20 for just 10 disposable scrubber refills!!!. I won't make that mistake again. The product itself is good.

These scrubbers work extremely well for toilets and tile floors. Very little soapy residue and easy to dispose scrubbers. We use Amazon because these can be very hard to find in local grocery and hardware stores. So quick to arrive. We usually order several packages at a time and put a whole package under each bathroom and kitchen sink. The handles are perfect length and strong enough to not break if you have to do some heavy scrubbing.

Cleans the loo really well and I love that it is so hygienic with the 'throw-away' scrubber. Only problem would be when you just want to do a 'quick clean' - you don't really want to waste a refill for a quick flick! But I guess putting a plastic bag over it and keeping it until next time would be ok - but where to keep it?Otherwise - it's awesome. Wish we could buy it here in New Zealand.

I could no longer find these at my local grocery store, so I went online. These are very convenient and when I have used up all the cleanser in it on the toilet bowls in my house, I can still use the scrubby sponge to clean the bathtub with Ajax or Comet. I also scrub dog dirt off the doggie door where they come in and out. I get every possible use out of these. By the time I through them away, they need tossing.
