Delicious!!
I love this white balsamic glaze! I had used a different brand before I had purchased from my local grocery store. That company apparently doesn't make it anymore. So, when I saw the Roland Foods brand on Amazon, I just had to try it. I really like the bottle that it comes in as you can squeeze it out and control how much you use. I love it on vegetables and especially, on my salads. It takes the place of my salad dressings and has such a wonderful flavor! I have also purchased the Blood Orange Glaze. Delicious, as well!

Sour grapes
I am used to Cucina brand balsamic glaze which is fairly tasty, in my opinion. This blood orange by Roland tastes off and fakey. There is a starchy back taste and texture to it (could be the corn starch in it). Too many ingredients for what should be a simple balsamic reduction. Will give away or throw away.

Balsamic and Orange..Great combo.
Great Flavor!! I had tried this at a recent food demonstration put on by a local company. They used it on salmon and I had to ask the chef what it was. I tried to get the bottle he was using, since it's not available to my knowledge locally. I had obtained the Roland Foods catalogue and when I saw it on Amazon, I ordered right away. I have used it on salmon at home and have tried it on grilled lamb. Very good flavor. You could probably use it as last-minute glaze on the grille or in the oven as well, to a little punch to chicken as well. I will try it mixed with more balsamic and olive oil as a dressing for a strawberry-based salad. Enjoy.

Delish!!
This glaze is so full of flavor and the orange blends beautifully with the balsamic it's like a symphony to your taste buds. I use it in salad dressing, as a marinade for chicken fish and pork. I've gotten rave reviews for the meals I put on the table using this glaze. I haven't tried it on beef yet because I feel beef might take away from the suptleness of the glaze. That's not to say that I won't go there, I just haven't come up with the right recipe in my mind yet.

Very good! Just a touch too much vinegar
This is an excellent glaze. It’s very close to exactly what I was looking for however the balsamic is just a tiny touch too much and it overpowers the fig. Never the less it’s still very very good. I’ve used it on pork chops chicken and burgers on the grill. I’m overall very happy with it.

Delicious! Excellent product.
The blood orange flavor is strong. A little goes a long way. Glazed some chicken with this. Dipped some steak in it. Made a vinaigrette with it. Told my cousin about it. She had to have it. Sent it to her. Love it!

It also makes the plate look like it came out of a gourmet restaurant kitchen when ...
This glaze is really delicious. I use it on salmon, pork tenderloin, asparagus, green beans, brussels sprouts and also on tomatoes, berries and oranges. The bottle is large and should last a couple of months. You don't need to use very much. It also makes the plate look like it came out of a gourmet restaurant kitchen when you swirl it on the food or directly on the plate.

DELICIOUS
I LOVE this! I put it on my pizza, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. Not too thin and a very bold, delicious taste. I'll be ordering this over and over!
