This is the 4th casting seat I have tried. This one is the best! Soft and comfortable and looks to be made from the best materials. I highly recommend this seat if you have trouble finding one that you can use all day and still feel ready for more.

Design perfect for my buttocks

Bought the DeckMate Lean Pro Fishing Seat (charcoal & blue) because I thought it would be more comfortable the way it is designed and with thicker padding. Boy was I wrong! The design, with the flat front and cushioning that goes down, pushed against my thighs and made for an awkward casting position. After an hour, I figured out to lean/sit on it sideways for some comfort, but everytime you get up and sit back down, you have to reposition it for that odd angle. Luckily I still had my old pro lean seat in the boat, and after another hour, thinking more about the uncomfortable seat than my fishing, I removed it and went back to my old tried and true "bicycle" style lean pro seat with a pointed front that fits in your crotch without getting in the way like this seat did. I now realize I didn't need to improve on what was working. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! As waste of money.
