The platform was too unstable. Things fell off. I would have been better off with regular fat tires.

Man where has this been all my life, I only wish I had gotten the one with the basket make sure to add that as it is hard to get stuff to stay on. I am using Bungees now but it isn't very convenient.

I bought this since I moved to a new building without an elevator and have to carry large items on occasion. The first issue is how the brackets are on the platform. You cannot fit a box larger than 16 inches on it. Although they claim you can use a larger box and bungee cord it, I found that to not work at all, as the cart nearly toppled over. The biggest issue is its inability to go up open stairs. The wheels get stuck at every step, and you're forced to try and get the wheel unstuck while balancing your boxes. It also does not have any maneuverability with a load on. I thought the entire wheel assembly was going to break off when trying to turn the dolly around with a load. I was very hopeful for it, but if you have grated or open stairs, this will not work.

As a Senior, I needed something to help me get loads up the stairs. When this thing arrived I had to drag it in off the porch. It was too heavy to pick up. Once I had unpacked it, I had a difficult time unfolding it. Well, dragging this contraption up the stairs with a load was just as difficult as actually carrying it up in my arms. It is heavy and you need to have more muscles than I have to wrangle it. I have not returned it because I dread trying to wrestle it back into its box. Not to mention getting it to UPS drop off. Guess I am stuck with it.

Telescope handle doesn't stay on position I set and is difficult to push or pull. Also the stand on the front doesn't function easily. I attempted only one time, struggled with items to fit and stay, definitely frustrating. I have not been able to use it at all. I had looked forward to your product believing it was going to make things easy for me to move things unfortunately that has not been the case. I will be returning it for a full refund to my account.Ana Cortez9/25/19
