You'd think salt is salt but I guarantee you the salt will change your life! I'm no longer dehydrated and I no longer have muscle cramps! Move over pickle juice... 😂

This salt is great - delicious & perfect for the grinder!

I like grey salt to use as electrolytes. I add a good pinch of this to water...stir, add zero calorie sweetener- such as MIO or something that is concentrated, and ice. There is no salt residue if you stir and don't go too heavy on the serving. I tried loading it in an old pepper grinder from *ostco... The salt might move around in the grinder, but I don't think it comes out in a finer grain. Not sure if it is placebo, but I *DO* feel better hydrated and my body seems to crave it after a walk on a hot day. This is a family tool in the summer months in AZ. The media could not be loaded. I am basically hooked on this salt. It adds great texture to your meals. In addition to a very subtle earthy taste that is not as sharp as regular table salt. Who is totally different with this?And it is hard to go out and eat at a restaurant without being able to use my own salt.

Too wet! Needs to dry before packaging. Weight is all in the water.
