I ordered two of these Spring Bars. They were delivered on time by UPS but one of the boxes was empty. I called the nearest UPS Center and they referred me to Amazon. So I called them and they were extremely polite and told me that they would call the seller on my behalf.I received another Spring Bar and Amazon was amazingly helpful!!The Spring Bars are very good quality and work very good at distributing the trailer weight. They are also very good at controlling trailer sway.I highly recommend the Husky Centerline Hitch and Amazon is the best company to order from!Thanks again Amazon!!
