This book is based on men’s health however ... there are so many amazing tips covering everyone no matter what gender. The book has helped me change the way I eat and think about food on a whole. Would definitely recommend the book for anyone!

Focused book from a pro that creates fast results
I waited a few months before writing a review to see if implementing Rusty's strategy would show improvement in my personal results, and I'm happy to report that it did almost instantly.In full disclosure, I first met Rusty when I photographed him for an athletic-wear campaign. This guy is the real deal, he looks like the cover of his book without any photoshop, and he's in his mid-40s. That's insane by itself, and it inspired me to learn how he does it.The book is short and to the point, Rusty doesn't waste any time, and you can feel him encouraging and coaching you through the pages with his animated writing style. Because the book is not long, I don't want to give away actual content, but I can say with conviction that at least three concepts changed the way I approach workouts, and they showed results within a week or two of implementing. My body looks better than ever, and I'm surprised how much energy I have at the gym thanks to his diet and nutrition suggestions.Highly recommend, worth far more than the price of the book.

Getting all the info in one place
I've been working out for years. This book really helped put all the information I was looking for in one place. Rusty wrote it in a very easy to understand format with tons of helpful tips and references. I still have a little ways to go before looking like Mr. Joiner, but I know this book will definitely help me get there!

Definite recommend
It was immediately clear reading this book that I was learning from a pro who’s put in the years of work it takes. I really appreciated Joiner’s approach coming from a place of making it a true lifestyle and focusing on the importance of long term health rather than quick fixes or gimmicks.

Good book
Good book with information about how nutrition affects men's health. Nice workouts at the end, doing another program right now but will give it a try later.
