Absolutely brilliant earphones for the price, definitely buy them again

These aren't too expensive, ideal for in school bags, and anywhere else they may get bashed about or even lost. Case is sturdy, they seem to fit smaller ears okay, and the sound is fine. Not top of the range but as my daughter gets through earbuds faster than sweets, these are just the job. And she likes the funky colours, too.

Reasonable volume listening to music but useless on an airplane as not enough noise cancelling. Tend to fall out of ear.

Wanted some cheap Bluetooth earbuds to wear under my crash helmet whilst riding my LambrettaDidn’t need anything fancy just something that would give me a bit of background music and didn’t fall out like the original iPhone ones do.They fit the bill and work perfectly for what I want.

Over the course of the last year i have been through a multitude of different earbuds, i generally use over ear headphones for day to day listening but have been on the lookout for a well made and solid sounding set of lightweight buds for a while. My current over ear collection includes Bose, AKG and Boltune.I had seen these UMI Amazon earbuds a few times, they came up on a lightening deal with £10 discounted so i felt i had to pick them up, after using them for a couple of weeks i would have been just as happy at probably twice the price.The Good* There is no packaging faff, a small perfectly formed box, some instructions, a USB lead and the charge unit/case with the ear buds in alongside some different sized ear tips.* Build quality and aesthetic on the case is first class, the branding is sleek and minimal, the case a gun metal grey matte finish. The lid opens nicely and not loosely as a lot of alternates i have tried do so.* The case comes pre charged which is not always the case, this means the earbuds themselves are pre charged and ready to go.* The buds themselves are super futuristic, no branding, no logo, plain black, well built, no loose plastic, no loose rubber tips as can also be common, everything fits well to the buds.* Fit from the case with the standard tips on is just fine for me, nice and snug without feeling like i am having an ear examination or likely to burst an eardrum. They are also super light, you can tell they are there however your head will not tip over if one were to fall out of one side, which is unlikely anyway.* Operation is simple, both buds can be pressed, there is only one button on each and it forms the large part of the entire outside facing bud. You also dont need to ram the buttons to operate, a gentle push is enough to ping them into life, again i have had earbuds which when trying to turn on or change tracks felt like i was risking a brain aneurysm.* Whats especially cool about these earbuds is that each one can control all the same functions, so you dont have to think do i press my left ear for track back/forwards, right ear for volume control, both are the same set, they both have track B/F, Volume Up/Down, Call receive/End.* Pairing on Bluetooth to my Huawei was super fast initially and each time since is within 2-3 seconds. I haven't experienced any drop out even in busy places though i always generally have my phone on my person so haven't truly tested the range.* All of the above is fantastic, but means very little if you then go on to have sound pumping into your brain that makes it feel like you have your head underwater. I really had a middling hope when it came to sound output but i was truly surprised. The sound signature is crisp, mids and highs are well separated, vocals are sharp. Bass is apparent but not booming, very few earbuds do have such big bass and certainly nothing that feels this comfortable in the ear.I have had allsorts of genres of music on these earbuds and nothing has felt like a let down, or a strained experience, i use them for walks with podcasts and have taken calls on them a few times with absolutely no issues, voice clarity is excellent.* Because these are almost a back up set if you like versus my over ears i am not overly conscious of battery time so i havent yet fully timed them and again because you charge the case and the buds sit in the case then you replace them and so forth it would be a bit of a faff to record the times. But i have no concerns so far about battery life.* They are rated as IPX7 Waterproof but again i havent had a chance to test them out in the rain or sweating. I would say that after two hours of watching a film, listening to a podcast or Spotify they are super comfortable, they dont drop out or become uncomfortable.The Could Be Better* If i had one aspect that i would say could be better then it would of course be the Bass, just a smidgen more, always more Bass, but that said the only times i can remember true heavy bass experiences with earbuds have been with Beats which are 5 or 6 times the price, make you look a little like a 1st Division Footballer and have poor reliability or a couple of alternates have had very very tight seals, uncomfortably so. Like having rubber cotton buds in your ears. So i would not sacrifice what is a very pleasurable listening experience for more bass when in reality the bass on these is fine enough.Overall as it stands these are my go to buds, id like to see how they fare with some exercise but then if i am exercising id look for hook or loop headphones for total security, most buds will fall out if your dripping in sweat doing burpees.Super cool looking, well built, lightweight and comfortable with a really pleasurable listening experience, the controls are brilliantly presented and the price point could be two or three times as much.Absolutely recommended.Five Stars!

I bought them about 2 years ago now and I bought them for a purpose of taking them on airport and probably binning them after that never happened amazing headphones been in water plenty of times by prior accident still work my dog decided to eat them at one point pretty much no damage to the case and it still works 😂 made out of titanium I swear worth the money for sure.

The fit in the ear is good and the sound is fine. They don’t come charged like other brands do. The command voice is just awful though. It’s bad enough that if I’d have paid any more for these I’d return them. Please change the voice!

These have good sound quality but Ive had these for less than a month and the right earbud wont charge anymore.
