12-Piece Black Stainless Steel Dinner Forks Cutlery Forks Set,8-Inches

We have been using these for about a year and they have not faded or chipped. We wash them in the dishwasher and use them often without issue.

I got a set of these in place of a more expensive set where the finish has wore off. The finish on these is holding up great, better than the more expensive ones, These are the larger forks.

I already had black stainless steel silverware; however, my forks had diminished and so these were exactly what was needed for my household.

Dishwasher safe and looks great paired with my skull spoons!

I am probably just a redneck, but I have never had a fork this long, and I am 50 years of age. I am sure this is likely standard dinner fork length, but I find at 8.5-inches, they land on the floor very quickly. Being that long doesn't leave much room to rest the fork on a plate. Be sure to jab some food before resting the fork.Also, for black forks, I'd preferred a matte finish over gloss, but when I was looking for matte black forks initially I found none. A few days later, I find several matte black forks anda few that are shorter than 8.5 inches. I found I have to search for salad or desert fork to get the smaller forks that don't easily fall off my plate and on to the floor. Since these represent largely personal preferences, I am giving the forks a 5 star rating because they are well made and reasonably priced.

Utensils (I ordered 12 spoons, 12 forks, 16 butter knives... why they sell in different quantity is beyond me). Out of the box they seem great. Good, heavy, nicely weighted cutlery. Spoons are full size table spoons, forks are long, knives are smooth one side for butter and grooved on the other so you could cut tender meat or bread if you want.Big question is if that black coating will start flaking off. They are pretty out of the box. Will update if they start losing the coating. Either way the base product is worth $1 and change each.
