I love the flavor it adds to my meals. I put it on every meat I cook. I know I can trust its healthy characteristics, as it was recommended by my Registered Dietician. I suggest it to everyone, to use;GIVE IT A TRY!

Due to medical problems I have been forced to eliminate all added salt from my daily diet. Some of the salt substitutes won't work for me either. I felt almost bereft because I was a salt girl. When I found this salt free spice, I was skeptical. Well, not anymore. I really love the spicy taste of this blend! I won't pretend to tell you that it tastes like salt, it dosen't and it's not supposed to. That isn't the idea. It is intended to give great flavor so you won't miss the salt. Now that it does! In spades! Diamonds, hearts and clubs too, ha ha. All joking aside, things have more flavor than ever before. I especially like it on potatoes and chicken. I use it on just about everything I prepare. I might naturally have cut down on salt if I'd had this before. Need or no need, if you like spices (not hot mind you) that are full of flavor, try this spice. At least for me it's been the answer to a huge problem both in flavor, and because of the low/no salt diet, I'm feeling a good deal better. I see the questions about sugar. Only brown sugar is listed and is 4th down the list. ALSO what no one has mentioned is that the ingredients per serving listed say there are zero carbs per serving, and I imagine that even if you use a generous helping of the spice you would not get any equitable amount of sugar from yhis spice to bother even the worst diabetic out there. I still really like this stuff.

This had become my "go to" seasoning for doing fish on my grill. Everyone loves it. Cajun but not too spicy even for the kids. I do redfish fillets with the skin/scales still on directly on the grill. Melt some butter and chopped up garlic together. Brush that over the fish. Sprinkle with kosher salt to your taste. And then cover the fish good in Magic Salt-Free seasoning. Cook it over the charcoal with the lid down and throw in a little of your favorite wood for extra smoke if you like. You will be very happy. And the price for this blend is actually pretty good though it will seem high if you compare it to other seasoning blends that include salt. Salt is cheap and all the seasoning companies want to sell you salt in their blended products because that is high markup for them. But this is salt-free which means you are buying only the premium products. And you can control your own salt content precisely (and use kosher salt if you prefer for meats/fish like I do). So this is actually a good value.

This stuff is great on veggies, fish and chicken. The blend of flavors is really great. But not overwhelming.

This is the second case of this seasoning I have purchased. It is so versatile and adds great flavor to any meat, vegetable, or hotdish. I love that it is salt free. Almost every time I use it someone in my family tells me how good that item tasted. I would highly recommend this seasoning.

Great spice blend. We use it on beef, pork and vegetables. Since I'm on a low sodium diet it helps enhance the flavor of many of our meals.

I've been using this for over a decade and buy it in six-packs because I use a lot of it. Most Cajun style seasoning blends are far too salty for me. This solves that problem with a coarsely ground, versatile blend of herbs and spices that can be used in rubs, soups and stews, rice dishes etc. You can't go wrong. Unfortunately the grocery stores don't seem to carry it, so Amazon comes through again!

A little on the spicy (hot) side but pretty good. Using it regularly. Still not Lawry's but an interesting substitute. Have shared some of the bottles I purchased. Other people like it. Lots of selection in salf-free flavors. Good price for what you get.
