Works well with Hyper-V
I recently built out a two node Server 2012 v3.0 Hyper-V cluster and purchased two of these to support the multiple network needs of the setup. I teamed two of the ports and configured for Hyper-V virtualization. With this configuration I was able to enable VMq across the team and provide excellent speeds across my network. The other two ports are being used for iSCSI traffic and host OS traffic, both of which perform to a level I find pleasing. I do not have a heavy network load as this is my primary test lab but these cards have not only been able to support all of the technologies I've needed but they've done so with impressive speeds. Also, drives install quick and easily and integrate right into the device management tools native to Microsoft, no additional 3rd party software to learn how to configure.

I purchased one of these PCIe cards for a small server system to handle iSCSI over trunked links using LACP (802.3ad). It is running in Solaris 11 in an ESXi hypervisor system using direct pass-through.It is a fast and stable product and it has worked flawlessly for the last 8 months.
