Buyer Beware! Therasage is run by a convicted scam artist!
I bought this heating pad and it worked intermittently for a few months, then slowly degraded to the point where it was not working at all. I sent it back (still within warranty) and never heard from the company again. No one answers or returns calls. So, I looked around the internet and sure enough, lots of people have had the same problem with the lack of any customer service. Then, I google the CEO, Robert Besner, and get this headline: "Trader Who Swindled Investors Gets Prison Time". He pled guilty, so, it's no wonder I can't get any info from the company. There are other lawsuits against Therasage.In other words, you're probably better off looking for an alternative :)

I very much recommend this pad for others
The Therasage Infrared Heating Pad is very versatile and has brought me relief. It is versatile because it can be used not only on the shoulder area but on other areas, such as the hips and back - it is soft and pliable. I very much recommend this pad for others.

Worked great - until it broke.
Found this very soothing for stiff neck and better than a traditional heating pad. Unfortunately it suddenly stopped working 2 weeks after the return window closed.

I love the warmth / heat that comes out of this ...
Hi, I love the warmth / heat that comes out of this product. I was using it daily for various aliments / pain. Unfortunately about a month ago, it started to smell like something electrical was burning. So after 2+ yrs of daily use, it's fried! It wasn't cheap so I have to say I am somewhat disappointed.I would love to know if I can get a discount on a new one, since this one didn't last all that long. So, Therasage, Amazon..... any response?

Best heating pad ever!
This works great. It's a nice kind of warm. I love the furry cover and shape that fits around your shoulders and neck. I have also used for lower back.

Soft and works!
It's soft, but I went from another persons review who said, it was large enough to use for your back. Lets just say you have to choose upper or lower, but not both at the same time. I thought it would have more stones throughout instead the outer trim is lined with small stones. I use it since it works and didn't want to pay shipping it back. I have a small built frame and the neck when attached with the extender is still a bit small. I usually leave it open.
