Prettier than I expected

I’ve already had to replace this item because it broke in 2 days. Then the second one broke in 2 days. I want a replacement or refund but can’t figure out how to get this done.

I love this necklace so much. I've had it for about 3 months now and it hasn't rusted or turned my skin green. The gold on the necklace is still as perfect as well I first got it, and the gem hasn't fallen out yet either. I am so surprised by the quality of this necklace with such an affordable price. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future.

Love the look and feel of the necklace. I wear it all the time including while working out and showering, haven't really taken it off since I got it. I have trouble with some jewelry irritating my skin but I've had no reactions. I get tons of compliments while wearing it, definitely would recommend this piece
