Very impressed with customer service. I buy this product all the time and use it in my Sparkel. I have only had one order mistake (missing a bottle) and they corrected it immediately.

I wanted to experiment with a soda maker, using different product flavors. There was no measuring cup/cap with this bottle, I probably used wrong amounts and ended up with large amounts of foaming. I will try another brand.

Be careful this is not Cola, like coke at all. I don't know what happened but it's something different. I heard that it may be a drink mixer called cola. But that's not what I bought it for!

This syrup isn't very good,it's problem is the flavor seems to be a variety of bland,I followed the directions and shook seven kinds of life out of it and added the recommended amount of syrup and still bland,what I find telling is that adding other flavors pretty much overwhelmed the cola period while Monin and even Soda Stream syrups can be mixed and create a blend.What flavor there is can be called odd and I'm not sure if it's sugar or something else you taste but it's not strong enough to tell.

I decided to try since sodastream cola wasn't available. Flavor is great! Would have been helpful with a measuring lid, but we figured it out.

But it never mixed with the soda stream carbonated water in the bottle very well. Never got to the "cola" color. It was weird and we wound up dumping out both bottles.
