For the life of me, I can not get it to work. I tried every things, include asking question on the Amazon's site. I tried pressing the button 4 times as suggested by some on here. To no avail, the item not working. charging light stay red for a long time and yet, not working. chances are -- I will be sending back the product for a refund. I did have high hopes but found myself very disappointed.

I bought two and both were d.o.a. Charging them didn't do anything. They didn't work at all right out of the box. These are complete pieces of crap and that's putting it nicely. If I could give zero stars I would. Good thing I could return them.

Waist of money cheap cheap cheap you would think this was from a dollar store. Right out of the box the charging port was broke.

Used in my office, works good and quiet. Suddenly find the new function today, The wind can change by it self with different kinds of wind and the light changeable in different colors too. Like it, really funny~

EDIT: unit is completely dead. I found rust inside the connector port, which means it's not properly sealed or wired. I do have a humidifier system going, that's the closest it's been to any water. My MZTDYTL fan in the same environment has been running like a champion.1. Out of the box, it didn't work. It may work for you. It didn't work for me. I had to let it charge for a few minutes before it would respond.2. When it DID respond, it took more pressure than expected to get the function button to reply.3. While certainly not a "loud" fan, rumors that it's whisper quiet are greatly exaggerated. You don't just hear wind woosh, you hear the actual blades inside running. This is fine, just debunking the notion that it's dead silent, because it's not. Then again, I wouldn't expect it to outdo a $80 Rowenta (easily the quietest fan I've ever experienced), but I would expect it to outdo some $20 clip-ons, which it doesn't.4. Vibrates quite a bit. Not a problem for me given the table it's sitting on, may be a problem for you if it's a thin table or otherwise affected by vibrations. Those of course add to the noise.5. It does NOT come with a USB power adapter (think Kindle), so if you aren't plugging this into a computer or don't have a power strip or outlet that supports a USB 2.0 input, you're out of luck. In my case I have a power strip with two outlets just underneath it, but others may find this frustrating.Outside of the above, and the reason it gets 3 stars, is that it does put out a pretty good breeze even on the lowest setting. It's not an air conditioner, but for basic fan flow on a budget it'll do.
