Awesome pain relief and return to function for osteoarthritis and torn meniscus
My orthopedist told me it is time for knee arthroscopy for osteoarthritis and torn meniscus, but because of coronavirus we put off the surgery. I had the cortisone shot previously and had gotten good pain relief from that but the pain came back in 6 months. My mom and friend had the surgery and both said to try alternatives instead as they still had so much pain after the surgery. I had to stop taking meloxicam and diclofenac cream after a few months because it's bad for your kidneys. And long term ibuprofen is bad for your stomach. I've been doing physical therapy exercises and using knee braces, but the real turnaround was this actipatch. I wish my doctor had told me about this, in a few days, both of my knees were pain free, and I was able to increase my activity to where now I'm fully functional again.
