Beautiful but severely lacking
We were really excited to get this up and going however the installation was beset with problems from the start.1st--the instructions are completely unhelpful2nd--the bracket was not designed for an electrical junction box. The instructions talk of mounting to wood or cement ceilings.3rd--The screws were missing to put the cover cap on to hide the bracket.4th--No instructions on hooking up the light.After we got most of these problems worked out and nearly had it up and working the final shot was:5th-- either the remote or the receiver wouldn't work.This fan will not work without the remote therefore it became useless to us. We contacted Amazon via their customer support chat and per their policy they won't have the company just replace the remote or the receiver, instead they will either replace the item or refund the monies. We are getting a refund. Too bad, I really wanted this to work.

Powerful super quiet fan
Great Fan. Super quiet. Its definitely a conversation piece. More powerful that you would think. Installing was a bit of challenge since some of the specs are for European installation, but not to hard.

finally arrived haven't installed yet
the fan looks as pictured in listing, it did arrive about 3wks later than expected so I have to wait to install it when electrician is available but it appears to be a good value for money
