SASSiesta

For many years, I have worn these SAS WOMEN’S “SIESTA” LACE UP COMFORT SHOES, because they are made on American lasts and fit my feet properly. (I cannot wear Italian shoes at all.) The shoes are high in quality, made with real leather uppers. The synthetic “rubber” soles are really long-wearing.One pair of these will last me for a year or two. Because I’m more interested in comfort than looks, I wear mine long after they’ve molded to the shape of my feet.The astonishing thing about SAS shoes is that the quality of the shoes has remained unchanged since I first discovered them--25 or more years ago. The SAS “Siesta” shoes are still made by hand, and the pair that I purchased from Amazon in July 2017 looks and fits exactly like my very first pair.

Ordered these over the holiday for my 99 year old aunt who wears ONLY this style of SAS shoes!The size 4 1/2 shoe fit perfectly! Made her and me very happy! The only complaint I might haveis that this style came in 4 colors but in the very small size only offered it in black. Wish we could havegotten another color, too.

My mother needed a replacement pair of shoes for the SAS's she has worn for over 20 years. Now that is a sturdy shoe. The product is well constructed and consistently well made.

They fit just fine. There is a sore spot on my right foot. but I will break them in. After I wore them for a few hours, however, my back was hurting. I don't know if it is the shoe causing this. I am not going to wear them for a few days and then try them again.This was my previous review. However, since then I have worn them a couple of times and the next morning I could hardly walk. It lasted about 2 days. The pain was coming from my right foot area above the heel.I spent good money on these shoes that I am not going to ever wear again.

This is my fourth pair of these shoes, dating back to the 1990's when I was a teacher and on my feet all day. I loved them then, and I expect to love them now, (I wore out my old pairs over several years by wearing down the soles, but the leather remained looking good with minimal care.) I wear a size 11 - not an easy size to find. I'm so glad these are still being made here in the USA!

These are some comfortable shoes especially since my feet swell up after work.I recommend them to anyone.

Glad I found them on line, no one carries them in my area. They help me with me knee pain, by keeping my feet aligned

Too small in width and length. I returned them and was told that a refund would be coming through my credit card. I liked the shoe and had been told that when I received the size 7.5 shoes and they didn't fit, that Amazon would make sure I would be able to get the right size which is 8Wide, this never happened.
