I’ve had it for over a year and never taken it off. Slept in it, showered in it, pulled hair and other necklaces away from it ! 10/10

I’ve had this necklace for only 4 months & today it just fell off. The clasp is still intact & it broke in the middle of the chain. Not a good value. I’m very upset! Will they replace with a new one????

A beautiful and very delicate chain that my daughter loves!

I got the chain and after a few uses the clasp was not as secure was not aligning properly so I contacted them and even though it was past the return day they exchanged the chain free of charge

Ordered an sixteen inch chain. Received a fourteen inch. Did not want to go to the expense to send it back.

I bought this at Christmas. It is beautiful and delicate. It broke, quite easily I might add, but because my wife liked it, I ordered another. The clasp isn’t the same, the quality of the metal isn’t the same and they sent the wrong size
