If you want to make sushi that tastes as good as in Japan or Hawaii, this is it. One of the packets broke enroute but the vendor sent a replacement and we got it in a jiffy.

I totally overflavored the first batch! I wasn't sure how much to use, even though the pkg has some guidelines; have to adjust to taste next time! Very good product; high quality and great flavor! better form (powder) than liquid version.
