Portable 12v 4800mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery

Not sure if fluke or bad design.
The battery I received puts out no current when it's under load. The power indicator light dims to the point where it's off.

Small and light.
It's hard to believe how far batteries have come. I'm using them to replace an old gell-cell lead-acid battery that was original in my Alesis Roadfire 15 portable instrument amp.
