My new shoes are a bit too high on the heel so they hit my ankle and give me a blister. This was the perfect inset to life my foot above the edge of the shoe. Now they are very comfortable.

I put them in my shoes and it does feel better. If I find anything different I will post it here later.

I am having pain in one of my heels and since it is summer I an wearing sandals most of the time. These gel pads stick to my sandals and are clear so they don't look dumb. Most of all they are helpful in cushioning my heel. I think they will be great in any shoe aslo.

Okay, when you buy underwear and it comes with two leg holes instead of half a panty - do they call that a "pack of 2"? No. When you buy shoes and there is one for the right foot and one for the left foot - do they call that a "2 pack"? No! So when you buy a pair of cushions for your feet - one for the right and one for the left - that is considered ONE PAIR. Not a "pack of 2." STOP ALLOWING THESE CHINESE MERCHANTS TO GET AWAY WITH MISLEADING NONSENSE IN THEIR PHOTOS.Now. There are 2 pairs of these cushions in the package.And as far as the cushion quality, I am actually quite happy.No, they do not adhere too well. But they stay in place under the weight of your heel when you walk. And they provide good cushion without altering the fit of the shoe. I've put them inside tight boots and I've put them onto sandals. I actually like that the adhesive isn't very strong b/c then you can reposition. I am ordering more. I think the price is really good for a TWO-PACK, aka two pairs of a thing that comes as a pair!

Works well and is comfortable. Relieves heel pain.

They're comfortable. However, they're not good to use on flats because they add some height, and it is uncomfortable to walk, as if your flats are going to slip off because of the height.

These worked great in some boots that had no heel cup and made a huge difference in the comfort level as they cushioned my heels.

Wish they were a little thicker but they do help with sandals that have thin hard heel area.
