noisy; erasing peronal number difficult
It took 3 people to study the install instructions and then one of us stumbled across the right way. (There was a tiny part hidden under something without which the whole thing didn't fit together).The lock is relatively noisy when it closes itself, which it constantly does, even if I want door to stay open.Evidently (I may not have understood instructions correctly), when you take one person's entry number off the list, you have to erase them all and then reenter all you want to remain. Grrrr.Other than that: pretty handy, good looking even on older tudor house, easy to operate for opening, closes reliably by itself.

Instructions are poorly written to setup the lock properly.
I've installed several other brands of combination locks and so I really didn't have trouble installing this one; HOWEVER, it never worked to begin with. The instructions for setting combinations was very poor. The instructions on how to get an app to communicate with the lock via Bluetooth was non-existent.

Smart is a strong word.
Not difficult to install, but learning how to program takes a minute. Smart features? Forget about it. Support? Zero. It’s good for a programmable number entry lock and that’s all.

Best Keyless lock
This is a great product. Easy to install, program and works great. Like the many features that it offers with codes, vacation and auto lock. Looks great and works great.
