Okay so I was kind of skeptical at first because of the other reviews, but when I read up on how to use this and such, I found that it works really well! I have a big head so if you also have a big head, it might feel a bit weird and might not fit too well. Anyways here's how to use it-put on cream around your jawline, chin area, and lower cheeks.place product for 30~40 mins and no more once a day, everyday for results.take off and wash off sweat (massage it off).when you place the cream, rub upwards on neck and chin!! never downwards to keep the skin firm and up.i've used it for a week now and my face looks small and delicate and I love it. i'm 5'8" 190lbs and my face looks so thin!!edit: here are before using and after using pics. I use this collagen night cream from Daiso. as you can see, it has helped shaped my face!

Bad odor that can't be washed out. I tried washing multiple times and even poured Downy directly all over it, rubbed it in then rinsed it out. Smell would not go away and smells up any room I put it in. I really wanted to use this but it seems the smell is from the material it's made of. Husband asked where the bad smell was coming from too so I threw it away.

Like the concept. However it is too uncomfy to sleep in, particularly because it pulls on the tops of one's head. Too hpressure. Unable to adjust much.

Too big and very itchy.

This was less than half what The Grommet wanted for what appears to be the exact same thing. It works just fine. It didn't have a strong smell when I opened the package like some other reviewers stated.

This product arrived earlier than expected I was supposed to get this product on March 29th so I love when that happens. Now I do understand when some customers say that this product has a very toxic smell to it and it does but I look at the reviews and took the advice and washed this product before yoIu used it. Today will be my first day using it and I plan to use it when I go to sleep. Also when I receive this product it didn't come with any instructions and it was just only the product and a small bag so thanks a lot to the people who are posting reviews about this product because I would not know how to use this product.

It smells like evil would smell, if evil had a smell..a strong chemical odor. Perhaps the bowels of a dying robot? Made my eyes water, WTF?? Its like I'm being punished for having a turkey neck. I saturated it with slightly diluted bleach and put it in the sun all day, it smells less...maybe more bleach tomorrow. Does seem to lift the neck. But must we suffer so?

So I purchased this to sleep in and the premise was to keep the chin from sagging over time, however, the thing was too short and there is no adjustment on it. Unless you have a very narrow face and short chin, this will work for you, otherwise if you have a bigger head and long chin, even if you put it starting at the crown of your head, it will not fit. Not worth sending back, but it arrived sooner than expected.
