Easy to install, high quality for price, and looks and works great, excellent rain head and handheld has great pressure and ability to combo shower head and hand held, we love this shower set! Full recommend!

Good Product... DIY Remodel much harder than Fresh Install
It does what I expect it to do. Hard to fit into a shower from the back, but that's expected.I did not install the wand showerhead. I wanted to keep a normal showerhead and give my girlfriend the option to take her rain shower with no water pressure. She loves it.

Perfect for my farmhouse style bathroom
My bathroom is in the process of being remodeled. There was a problem with the hand-sprayer I received but because I didn't know about the problem until after Amazon's 30 day return window, Amazon couldn't help me. They did, however, put me in touch with the manufacturer and I could not be more impressed with the service I received from the manufacturer. They asked for photos of the defective unit and then promptly sent me a replacement. The woman who helped me (Lucia) kept an eye on things to be sure I received the replacement. It arrived very quickly.I love the look of this. The bathroom is being done in a farmhouse style with all black fixtures. This fits in perfectly. We have had "rain" shower heads for years, but never anything as massive as this one. I definitely recommend this product.

Leaked after six months

Beautiful and high quality product
We built a house and purchased these for our guest bath and master shower. The finish is perfect and matches our black matte finishes throughout the house. The shower head seems huge but doesn’t take up too much space. Great quality for a great price.

Great looking but plastic hand shower
This is a great shower system - everything is either brass or black matte steel. But the handheld shower head is plastic. For this price point I would expect it to be metal as well.

We love our modern farmhouse shower!
We had a difficult time finding a quality black shower head for our new master bath. We put two of these in our shower and love them. They are matte black, just like we wanted, and work great. Highly recommend!
