It worked great for making yarn out of fondant! Could not beat it for the price!

Firstly it was obviously a returned item since package was stapled in odd areas. When I opened it the instructions mentioned how to put the lever together properly, it was already done and did not work. After redoing it according to the instructions the item still did not work. Don't waste your time with this item. It is junk.

My clay extruder that I had for a while finally gave out as it was a twisting motion version. Thought this would work but it really doesn't do anything. I tried semi soft and extremely soft clay and both wouldn't move.When cleaning out the barrel for return I can definitely recommend an all metal version as I previously had. The plastic housing clings to the clay and is extremely difficult to clean.I've tried twisting, pressure on palm and this now. This is by far the worst I've ever seen and used. Broke after a few uses. Too late to return.

Mine broke :( I loved using my extruder with polymer clay until it broke and I couldn't get a replacement.

Extrudes are generally a pain to use. But gotta say, this is the best I’ve found. It’s easy to pump and really easy to fill. Highly recommend it to others who do fine clay work.

Worked fine for soap dough. No problems.
