This decaf chai achieves what few others do: balance. I'm a fan of chai, but too many other companies rest on cinnamon alone -- no complex interplay of spices, no unusual flavors, just a huge hit of cinnamon. If I wanted to take the cinnamon challenge, I wouldn't do it in the form of a tea.The rooibos in this blend gives it a really rich, pleasant mouth-feel, too, with or without milk. Because it's naturally caffeine-free, the proportion of black tea is smaller than in other brands, and that's a good thing. I've forgotten tea bags in the cup for the better part of half an hour, and it still never developed that harshly tannic, lip-puckering astringency that some teas (both decaf and regular) can get after over-steeping.As a New Orleanian, anything with chicory hits me right in the taste buds. It's such an unusual ingredient to include in chai, but it somehow works beautifully to round and mellow the flavor.My only complaint is that I bought the single box instead of the six-pack. I'll rectify that mistake with my next order and get the economy size.

I've had the concentrated chai tea in a carton from Tazo, and although it is very good, I couldn't control the sweetness that was already in it. With the chai tea bags that are decaffeinated, too, I can control the sweetness and also get the decaffeination which I want. The spices are still there, and the tea bag makes a very good cup of tea with a little added sweetener and some lactose free milk or almond milk. And I can't find these tea bags in a store, so it's nice that I can get them here.

Have been a favorite for the past 20 + years. First time I had it was at Starbucks and was able to purchase boxes of bags as well. When they stopped selling it, I couldn't find it anywhere. Then, aha, Amazon came through.

They smell great. The flavor has more black tea flavor than chai spice.

make it hot and cold. love it with milk and without. cures my sweet tooth even withou sugar.

I love a good chai on a cold winter evening. I've tried numerous brands looking for that rich spicy flavor. In my opinion, there is none better than Tazo chai. Yum!

Love Tazo Chai. Hot or iced! Spicy aroma great on cold days. And iced it’s perfect on a hot day working outside.

It isn't easy to get a chai decaf with robust flavor...yet Tazo has. Tasty, not extremely expensive like some other brands, overall great sipping tea.

Conosco questa marca di tea che usavo in America... è buonissimo, tra l’altro anche biologico... il problema è che costa un po’ tanto... la spedizione è stata veloce ma la confezione è arrivata tutta rotta...Data di scadenza aprile 2021: un po’ troppo vicina
