A lot more sturdy than I imagined and very easy to set up. Awesome pricing too!

The straps are very, very long. Be prepared to cut them down to a manageable size. I like the included velcro to "bundle" up the excess though. The rings are slightly textured so you're ensured a solid grip.

Perfect Spartan rings
We ordered several of these for Spartan training. My hubby built us a rig in the backyard and they are awesome!

Not worth buying it.
This seem a sturdy product, however the clamp would release sometimes.Be careful because I felt and hit the floor, twice. FYY I'm only a 160lbs.
