Peet's Coffee Colombia Luminosa (Luminosa Breakfast Blend) Light Roast K Cup Coffee for Keurig K-Cup Brewers 40 count

I order this item on a pretty regular basis and it's always delivered on time -- great coffee!!

PEETS has wonderfull aroma!!! Aroma and taste are everything in coffee!!!!! My Keurig is the problem with the loss of taste. Keurig brews coffee at too low of a temperature. Keurig brews their coffee at 196 degrees. Coffee MUST be brewed at 205 degrees. Meanwhile I'll get rid of my Keurig and find a single serv coffeemaker that brews at 205 degrees!!! PEETS coffee is a great coffee. Keurig coffeemakers are the problem!!! I need any recommendations on a single-serv coffeemaker. My Capressa coffeemaker at home is terrific at brewing really great ad tasty coffee. I wish Capressa would make a single-sev coffeemaker. Those Swiss know how to do everything correctly!!!

Until I tried Peets coffee I was a take it or leave it type coffee drinker but since I’ve tried Peet’s I’m an every day coffee drinker.

I would not recommend buying from this seller. My pods were taken out of the original package and tossed in a box that was too small for all the pods. 10 pods were crushed and not useable. The pods that were left did not taste right. There is no recourse to receive a refund. If this was my first time drinking Peet's coffee I would have never tried it again. The taste was awful. Without original packaging there is no way to tell how old it is. Beware! 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

I had read that lighter roasts bring out the caffeine, and that darker roasts lead to a coffee that is not as strong. I'm not entirely sure if that's true after experiencing Peet's Colombia Luminosia. Peet's Major Dickason's blend, a dark roast, has more kick, as does Caribou's Breakfast Blend. However, it is smoother than Major Dickason's, although nowhere near as smooth as Barnie's Cool Cafe Blues (the gold standard for smoothness). So how about the taste? The taste is above average - not bitter, just a slight bite, vaguely nutty, but rather nondescript. I usually cut coffee with half-and-half, so my coffee the taste is largely dominated by that. If you're looking for coffee to get you started, this isn't bad, although there are stronger coffees out there; there are also more flavorful and smoother coffees out there.

We have been going through a lot of coffee these days. Large amount at a fair price. Good flavor.

I was somewhat disappointed with the flavor after all the five star reviews. Yes, I recognize everyone has different literal tastes for coffee. For me, it has a slight bitter edge. I would normally say what do you expect for pod coffee? But, I had a Green Mountain decaf that was superb. Shoulda bought the caffeinated. LOL!

If you're are an avid coffee drinker, then you must try the Columbia series from Peers. Smooth and aromatic...wakes you up before going to your daily work meetings.
