Limited because I have only used it on a Gretsch G5222.4Stars on accuracy Soley because sometimes it will take its time making a readingon the 'D' string.Even with this very minor quirk, this is my favorite and go to tuner.I prefer it over my PRS Long screen.

I recently purchased a Real Tuner Clip-on Tuner from Groovy Center. I was looking for a sub-$20 tuner on Amazon and found lots of tuners in that price range. Frankly, the number of tuners available makes it difficult to make a good choice. I read reviews on Amazon and other sites and was able to eliminate several other tuners. I finally based my decision on reviews and posted answers to questions and some coin tossing and bought the Real Tuner Clip-on.Groovy delivered the tuner without issue. The package survived shipment and the tuner was not damaged in any way. There were no delays or payment issues.I am learning the Banjo and needed a compatible tuner for that instrument. I chose the tuner with the black ciip. The tuner appears to be smaller than I expected which is good as I was concerned its size might be distracting. The package contained a functioning battery and some instructions in very fine print. The instructions were clear and I was using my tuner within a couple of minutes of receiving it. I fumbled a bit when I was setting up the tuner and tried out both the microphone and vibration tuning modes. Both worked well. I found that setting the tuner to anything other than chormatic is instrument specific. Selecting a Uke or Guitar setting is not going to produce any meaningfule results when applied to Banjos. The tuner adjusts well to my banjo and I am able to easily arrange the display and clip to my liking.The tuner seems quite consistent and produces reliable guidance for my purposes. The display is crisp and legible. As long as one is not in direct sun, the display is readable. The LED display is, of course, most readable in darker settings. The display is bright enough to be readable on my shaded porch but I find my eyes straining a bit to read the analog tune whenever the sun is in certain positions.Operating the tuner is quite simple. Clip the tuner on the head of the instrument. Use the rocker switch to turn on the tuner and start tuning. The tuner starts in Chromatic mode and is quite sensitive. The results are repeatable and the analog display makes short work of setting my banjo strings. I do have a Uke and guitar and am looking forward to trying the tuner on those instruments. I'm tempted to get out my old trumpet to test the tuner on it but think I am stretching my neighbors' patience quite enough with the banjo.

So, that being said, I can truthfully say that I find no cons with this device and the Customer Service.2: Ok, perhaps one thing: Groovy didn't send me the tuner for free. I'll get over it.I HIGHLY recommend this tuner. I can tune my guitar by ear, yes, but this tuner saves me time and many broken strings ( along with not saying bad words when the string snaps and whacks me in my eye ) when I used ( key word here being USED) to tune by ear. It fits across the peg box of my fiddle, so can be used for intonation practice. Easy to read. Works well on my guitar, too.
