Working okay with mains and battery.
Nice product, working with battery and mains.The only thing that would be plus if could charge when is on mains but is not.

I grab this vac for every DIY task
Bought this a few months ago for general DIY mess cleaning.Previously, I used a Dyson handheld (which are NOT designed for plaster dust!).So decided to get something more suitable.Great features:- Wet/dry vac- Bagless- Powered by battery OR attached mains plug- Can be set airflow to blow- Hose has twist type airlock (can fit extractor adaptor)- PerformanceThe suction is powerful and is more than capable of lifting small stones/chunks of plaster etc.Its a wet/dry vac, and is capable of sucking up a bucket of water.The dirt/water is simply deposited into its internal pan/container (no bag).Unexpectedly, suction is noticeably stronger when powered by battery (in my case 18V battery) rather than by mains power.Note: Although it's more than capable, avoid sucking up long pieces of debris (e.g. long bits of wood), as they tend to get caught in the base of the pipe, which starts to collect a blockage.- OperationI have found the blow mode very helpful for blowing out dust from hard to reach places (e.g. plaster dust trapped inside back boxes, and sawdust caked around my saw and workbench.The blow mode jets everything off clean.The On/Off switch is cleverly positioned right beneath the handle, this allows you to easily turn the unit on/off whilst carrying it (easily toggle the switch using your middle finger).- CleaningAs it's bagless, it's just a matter of unclipping the base, and shaking out the base/bucket.There is a bayonet filter that is easy to clean/rinse.The hose is removable (bayonet fit).Overall I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this vac.The design feels well thought through and has so far proved to be robust and reliable.The mains plug is a great back up feature whenever I run out of battery.I grab it now for all DIY tasks, and its compactness has proven to be very practical.I highly recommend it to any DIYer.

Beware false ratings, this vacuum is excellent!
This item contains no battery but it does not say that it does in the description. It says that the box contains 1x battery + mains wet/dry vacuum. The "1x battery + mains" is a description of the vacuum and its power supply options. It is important to carfullly read item descriptions before posting completely unfair and inaccurate ratings. This is an excellent vacuum that deserves far more than a single star as a previous review posted.

Usado en taller
Hasta ahora, lo usaba, con batería, para aspiraciones múltiples (casa, coche ...), con buen resultado. Ahora he preparado un espacio como taller, y lo conecto a las máquinas para aspiración de virutas. Allí hay enchufe, por lo que lo tengo a 220v. Funciona genial con la sierra de mesa (18 v.) Dewalt DWE7485. Muy satisfecho. Tenía en mente la compra de algún aspirador más potente, pero ya he abandonado esa búsqueda.
