Great product, great customer service
My boyfriend used the EBow while playing at may sister's wedding, and it was lost in the fray. I bought this one to replace that one, and it has been great. If you've never used one before, it takes a little practice to get the hang of playing with the EBow, because it is very different than holding, say, a pick when playing guitar. The EBow has a beautiful sound, and is incredibly fun to use when layering music with a looper pedal. The free tuner is a great bonus!Also, side note about the company: Customer service is great! I'll never buy an EBow anywhere else.

EBow is a fantastic creative tool
EBow is a fantastic creative tool! I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because it could be made of a higher quality, more impact resistant material for the outer casing and the 3 position on/off switch could be of higher quality and offer more resistance as it turns on and off too easily—but the sounds you’re able to achieve make up for the less than desirable build quality.

It does what it's told
Dre and John like real bows. The stars are for the tiny tuner. Its super chromatic. I like it. I wish the ebow came with better instructions.

If you've got an older eBow, consider upgrading
I thought I'd lost my 'version 2' eBow, so I bought a new one. Eventually I found my older one (sitting right on my practice amp -- duh) but even so, I am glad to have the new version, as the new (to me anyway) 'harmonic mode' adds all sorts of versatility. I primarily play bass guitar these days, and the eBow lets me mimic low-range stringed instruments (cello, viola) quite well.

Wasn't able to get the sound I expected from the ebow, although iay need to spend more time working with the guitar and various effects to make the most of it

Infinite Sustain!
This was a replacement for an older Ebow that was stolen. Has a low & high setting, both settings work great!

Like getting a new instrument, acoustic or electric
I'm impressed that it's even easier to use with an acoustic guitar, no amp - produces sounds I'd have thought impossible without electronics. Works best on the upper strings, and moving between strings will take practice, but this is like getting a whole new axe. Love it!
