I bought this spray because I have a chronic cough and one of the causes could be low B12. This seems to be working altho I tried it along with a prescribed med. I stopped the med but use this once a day and so far my cough is under control. Easy to use with a couple of sprays to the roof of your mouth. Taste is fine. I’m going to continue as long as my cough is under control. A lot easier than using an inhaler. Would give it 20 stars if I knew for sure it cured the cough!

This stuff works like a charm felt the difference with my first use. I work 16 hr days and can be a little crazy. Honestly a couple days in I start to drink now only one cup of coffee just bc I have a good amount of energy now... I use to drink 8 cups a day but now.. I m ok without it. This b12 is good stuff and I don't care bout taste but I had worst taste so 5 stars from me....

I've been wanting to write a review for about a year. First of all, It's like I have my kid back (loving, calmer, happier)--without this B12 (i've tried others) my 7 year old is "out of it", moody, angry, off. Improved appetite as well. Love that she dosn't need shots, this does the trick. I live overseas, and I always marvel at the fact that the US consumer is expecting medication/vitamins to taste like candy. It's not candy, it's not for pleasure--B12 is to feel better, and I couldn't be happier with the product and it's results :)

Having used and still use liquid sublingual B12 and capsules, Misol B12 is obviously very fast and easy with the spray, and unlike the liquid sublingual, it doens't burn on way down or irritate to the point I usually have to have something to drink to wash it down. I personally like the flavor, it's not too strong for me. Before buying, I asked the manufacturer about this and I was informed they are or have adjusted the intensity of it. Not sure if that was done yet or not but what I received was just fine in terms of the flavor as some people found it a bit much for them. Since I prefer to take vitamins while eating, often I'll just have a sip of whatever I'm drinking with this and other capsules so that solves the taste issue regardless. The main attraction for me is this spray has fantastic absorption from what I read and with B vitamins that's of course a key challenge let alone how the body doesn't store them.UPDATE: I have reordered this product multiple times. I don't have any issues with the taste. I think they tweaked that since the earliest reviews. My main point is I got my B12 level checked in my last blood work set of tests at the Doctor. I showed at the high range. So definitely this is absorbing excellent and getting into my bloodstream. I had done the 12 hour fast and it showed in my system still strong enough to be at the high range. So the micellization concept is for real in terms of my results.

This stuff really works, I'm vegan and did have a B12 deficiancy. I have more more energy and feel better when I take it regularly. I will admit it doesn't taste do great but a short episode of bad taste is well worth the extra energy boost.

Horrible flavor, but does seem to provide energy boost when taken regularly. This one has a flavor that I have to quickly drink something else to remove that taste in my mouth after spraying it.

Sin embargo, este spray me ayudó a normalizar mi B12 en unos 4 meses. Unido a una dieta con muchos mariscos y demás fuente natural de B12 claro está.
