Build you own wooden remote control car that is solar powered

It works, but your own glue- not returnable
We bought two of these to ensure that all pieces would be present due to other reviews. All pieces were included, however, both glues were completely dried up. Luckily, the 7 yr old b-day present was not ruined, due to gma's glue. We also found that due to the lithium battery the extra car was not returnable. The car itself was easy to assemble with adult help, it did run, but you have to be very careful with it. Any box, wall, or chair will cause it to break. You can usually put it back together though..with your own glue.

Easy to assemble, good value
I actually got this to use for a project (so I didn’t assemble it 100% according to the directions - needed the motor/remote for part of a Halloween costume we wanted to have remote controlled with a motor) the wiring on the motor and remote control were simple to put together - everything worked well! I’d definitely purchase this kit again if we ever wanted another simple remote control/motor for a project like we had or for the car kit itself!Note: I chose not to assemble it with the solar panel, so I cannot speak to it’s quality.

Solar not powerful
Solar power was not powerful enough to move the vehicle. Most 12yr olds will not be able to assemble this alone. Still a fun project that took a couple hours to assemble

Gave this as a gift - educational and fun!

Incomplete
Description said it included a Paint set with a brush and it did not.

Cool, fun, and easy
Used as a component of my freshman engineering project. All the parts were there, the instructions were easy to follow, and even the wiring was made easy.
