I've used this pad for a winter and a half with good results. It adjusts for the amount of heat you need. I keep it on the lowest setting and keep it on 24 / 7 during the winter so my bed is comfortable whenever I decide to turn in. I heat my body to my comfort zone instead of my whole house. This pad is key to reducing my heating bill and staying comfortable. I don't have to use a ton of blankets weighing me down which adds to my comfort. I would / will buy again. I highly recommend.

I often have cold feet and get chilled easily. I dread getting into a cold bed. I ordered this and I am not cold now. I turn it on as I go get ready for bed and it's nice and toasty when I climb in. Love the timer feature and the adjustable temp.

Over all I’m very happy with my purchase! It doesn’t get quite as hot as I’d like but I attribute that to the fact that it heats for a much longer time than a traditional heating pad, and it’s lower as not to harm. I would definitely recommend if you have back and neck pain. Regular heating pads were causing me spasms from the constant heating up and cooling down. The consistency of the full body heat has helped so much more!

I love this heated mattress pad. It heats up really quickly, less then 10 minutes, and it heats the whole bed, its not touch heat controlled. The controllers attach at the top of the pad rather then the foot, so there are no cords to be run under the bed. Only thing I really am not fond of, in order to turn the heat down, you have to hit a temperature button ....say its set on 4 but want to lower it to 2, you have to click it around to 8 (high) then it will go back down to 1. Or you shut it off, wait a second, turn it back on (comes on on high, 8) then you can click it down to 2. A dial would be much more convenient. I know this sounds like a non issue, (I know i did until I had to deal with it), but by the time you wake up enough to comprehend what you are trying to do, accomplish it, you are now awake fully. But this sure beats the sunbeam brand I had for years. I would really recommend this if asked.

UPDATE (2/28/19): Unit quit last night. The last 2 days the control would, by itself, go from 4 - which is my preferred setting, to 8 (the max). Each time I would reset it because 8 was uncomfortable (way too hot). This morning, both controls are unresponsive. Will contact the company.Back in the late 1700's and throughout the 1800's, bed warmers were used to take the chill off bedsheets before diving in for the night. This is sorta the same idea. Now the only minor nit-pick I have is the wires. I'm 260 and they were a nuisance. So, I put this under my mattress pad - NO MORE WIRES! What I can tell you is this unit works and works well. I absolutely love it, and you will too, unless you live in South Florida - then you wouldn't need it. Its well worth the money, I kid you not.

Pro- Heats up fast and gets very warmCons- Control cables have very short wires. Normal units plug in by your feet and the controls reach the night stand. We had to have the controls plug in the corners by our head just to reach a plug under our headboard. Controls are in line with the cable going from the pad into the control and existing the opposite side to plug in the wall. Definitely not made for sitting on a night stand. They simply drop on the floor. We would need to add a couple heavy extension cords to get the cable entry to be by our feet and then we would have to get out of bed to adjust the setting. Not user friendly. Also, with the controls by our head where we can reach them, our feet get cold. There is no heating wire by our feet. This may be this way if they intended to have pillows there instead of feet.Either way, I won't buy this one again simply because they chose to cut costs and make the control wires ridiculously too short.***Update*** No heat by feet. We are looking at replacing this blanket simply because the manufacturer decided to skimp on manufacturing. If you are 5 foot tall or shorter, it might not be a problem. I find it impossible to fall asleep with cold feet.

It’s just what we wanted. Fits perfect on the king size bed. Nice feature where plug is on the top end instead at back of bed.Also like the dual controls as wife likes it’s much warmer.Great buy. Would recommend it.

Bought this 18 months ago. Highly, highly recommend it. Still works perfectly. 8 heat settings, and a timer that shuts it off after 1, 2 or 10 hours. Buttons are kind of noisy when adjusting the heat setting but otherwise I have no complaints.Still use it every night between October and March. I actually feel sad as summer approaches each year and I know I won't be able to use it for a few months! I bought a twin, so my too-hot husband is perfectly comfortable on his side of our queen bed, while I keep the pad on my side for my too-cold self 🙂 No more fighting over the bedroom temperature settings for us!
