suggest you order bigger size (as I did) as not a generous fit, and being cotton (like thicker T shirt material) may shrink/densify a bit. (I ordered XXL - supposed to be 20/22 but it is more like size 18 UK, with 7 ins inner leg length). Reasonably stretchy so will "stay put" well and will be very useful. wash separately as colour bleeds (navy).

Very poor quality item. White shorts made with visible thick black elastic at the waist band. One leg of the short must have been cut too short and at an angle around the whole leg above the knee during manufacturing so an extra piece of fabric has been stitched on (again at an angle and puckered so the fabric doesn't even lie flat). I bought these for my daughter fully aware that they were extremely cheap, but then extortionate postage was added to the price so I thought it was a way the seller must increase the overall price. On receiving the shorts I contacted the seller for them to be aware they had sold a defective item. They promptly replied asking me to post them back for them to consider a refund, but to be honest for me to have to travel to a post office and pay return postage it's just is not worth my time. Impossible to recommend the item I received.

I wanted something to wear under dresses, skirt as due to still being slightly overweight, I get chaffing. These are perfect and a good blend in that they are more cotton than lycra and don't roll down my belly every time I bend over. They are just a teeny bit bigger than I expected, I ordered M/L and I'm size 14 going into 12 nearly (at last !!) Delivery was like lightening, really pleased and am going to order a couple more. I don't think they're particularly see through either, like one customer has said, hope this helps

Cotton shorts, I did originally buy them for under summer dresses. Although they fit just fine, not quite good enough to wear under a short dress but I have found they are perfect to use as shorts for PJ'S as they are a cotton type material with a very small amount of Lycra in them if any at all? So really comfy for hot summer nights! Without your thighs sticking together! While you sleep. Or just to use around the house! When your in that comfy don't care what I'm wearing sort of mood! Lol

They were the right size but the fit was awful - badly cut on the cheap with CF & CB seams the same length so that the back seam was so short, when bending, the waist of the shorts rode down my backside (& my bum is not massive). This made them uncomfortable, especially as they were purchased to wear when exercising, rendering them unfit for purpose. Needless to say they were promptly returned. The seller was very unhelpful and I had to get Amazon's help to obtain a complete refund for this substandard product. I will never buy anything from this dreadful seller again and nor would I recommend them to anybody.

These are just the right length. Soft on skin. Fit really well stops your legs from rubbing together if you are unlucky like myself to suffer from this

Fit as described, just above the knee. I would have preferred longer but this is what was expected both from picture & description. Normally an M&S18, I ordered L/XL. Perfect fit. Nice soft cotton/jersey mix so comfortable when hot from exercise. Got different colours, both good. Pleased with purchase.

Ordered this navy pair along with black and white pairs - both of which went in bin after one wear. Have not worn them yet - they have a few small holes along the seam. They will be OK for wearing under a skirt when cycling or walking, I would suggest they are too thick for dancing. I would not buy them again, in any colour.
