There seems to be a thousand of these things being sold now days. Researching which one to trust and hoping for the best, was a labor in itself. The reviews for cushions are all over the place as usual, with so many factors to consider - including the individual needs of each customer using them. I finally settled on this one. Certainly not the cheapest, but then, there are some more expensive as well. Fortunately, this one yielded immediate positive results for me.First off - the model I purchased is the "extended" one. I am glad I did - because even though smaller cushions that do not fully cover most of the chair seat may work fine, there's just some "mindset" I have about anything placed on the seat, which is a great deal smaller than the chair bottom itself.....just looks "wrong" for some reason. Anyway - this larger or extended version fit the chair well and suits me fine.My particulars are: It is for my office chair, sitting long periods at a PC. The problems I needed to correct for were fatigue and pain to my rear, legs, and back. Sometimes I could feel my legs going numb at the trunks. Frequently, I would have to stop work and walk about for a bit to regain circulation and feeling again.To be clear - I don't suffer from - nor was I seeking to treat any injury or aid in recovery from a surgery. I just have one of those armed "octopus wheeled" workbench type of lab stool-chairs, (that once seemed adequate) where the seat padding has flattened somewhat and "ceased to please". And I could stand to lose 40 lbs too, so weight is probably a factor in the equation too.I dropped in this Cush Comfort seat cushion and never looked back. The memory foam forms to fit, just as advertised - and every little selling point the manufacturer points out in the ad came to light as being true. So I am very satisfied with this cushion and recommend it to any and all who are in search of that perfect pad for lengthy periods of sitting. So far, I cannot find a single negative point to write about. It actually exceeded my expectations in comfort, relief, aesthetics, and durability - thus far.

I just wanted to start this off by saying I paid full price for this product, and I'm writing this review in the hopes that a fellow back pain sufferer reads this and buys this cushion because it will help you.I'm a young guy who is dealing with a pretty severely herniated disc in my lower back. It's pinching a nerve and causes me to lose feeling in my foot and leg after standing and walking for more than a few minutes. As such, I've had to switch to a more sedentary career path. I've never sat in a chair for 8+ hours a day and it was causing lots of pain and discomfort, to the point that I could hardly make it through a day of work.So I bought this cushion from Amazon and at first it was quite stiff and a lot different than any cushion I'd sat in before. But I could immediately feel the design at work, suspending my tailbone and taking some of the pressure of my spine. I've had it for a little over a month now and it gets used quite a bit every day. It's softened up some, but only enough to become more comfortable. It still provides great relief from my back pain and made me be able to focus on my job and not my pain. It also has a nice grippy rubber bottom to keep it from sliding around, so there's no straps or anything to worry about. Just plop it on your chair, plop your butt on the cush, and feel the relief. You can thank me later :)

I've had this for just a few days but it has already made a tremendous difference in my office chair at work. I have L5-S1 degenerative disc disease and work as an accountant. So I sit all day. The chairs at work are horrible ergonomically. This cushion has been a blessing so far. I now don't dread going into work! I know it is still new, so I will update if things change. Right now I couldn't be happier.I am a paying customer and did NOT receive this product free or at reduced cost.

I was a huge fan of this cushion as I have suffered from tailbone pain and use it to avoid re-aggravating the pain. I first ordered the cushion back in 2015 and by now it's time to order a new one, which I did on March 19, 2019. I liked the 2015 cushion because it was just the right amount of firm to offer me support and lift my butt up off of the chair without being too firm or uncomfortable - I loved it! Now, the new cushion I received is too soft right out of the box and squishes down almost completely to the seat. I am so disappointed! I didn't even bother to look up new cushions. I just hit the "buy it again" button to reorder my favorite Cush cushion (which was the only one like it at the time). I see now that the product is not the same quality as before and I should have shopped around because there are now many just like this to choose from for even less money. I didn't want to have to return this, but I'm going to have to in order to find something that suits my needs. Quality went way down.Update - Poor customer service, too!!I noticed the company guarantees satisfaction or your money back, so I contacted them and explained the problem. They blamed the quality issue on temperature changes and claim it's the same materials they have always used and if they sent out a new cushion, it would be the same. All I can tell you is that comparing the two cushions is way different. The 2015 cushion is much more supportive than the new one which immediately squishes down almost all the way to the chair rendering it useless. I know that memory foam can conform with heat, but that is not the issue here. I thought I knew what to expect based on the old cushion, but that turned out not to be the case. Returned this poor quality cushion.

The cushion is to small (narrow) and doesn't work as effectively in terms of pressure pain relief as the wedge variety. The wedge variety are much more effective and are half the cost- don't buy the cush comfort as its over priced and not so good
