Value for money good piece of kit
Great value for money I don’t think it’s noisy just sounds like a standard fan, looks ok will be purchasing another one

Not capable of cooling an office - perhaps a small room in a house or caravan.
Despite using the ice packs this does not cool the fan down sufficiently even for a small to medium office.The fan is quite powerful but noise intensifies and the airflow is lukewarm not even cold. It is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard in this current hot weather and the noise does eventually irritate you. To be honest we were all disappointed with this item and cannot honestly recommend it for office use.

Waste of money
This was a complete disaster buy. I bought this in winter in preparation for summer. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the box until now. It turned out that the water tank was damaged and when I switched the fan on, it was not working. Waste of money really

good product but bits arrived broken
Good product. Only complaint is that both water tray boxes arrived cracked with holes in so can not use!! Dissapointed.

Not Cold Enough
Ordered two sent one back but would have been both if the box hadn’t been ripped up. Even with ice in it the out put was no cooler than an ordinary fan. Very disappointed!

Loud and Not cool!
This "evaporative" air chiller does not achieve much cooling! The air blowing out of it was only about 0.5 degreescooler than the room (I measured it).In retrospect I would have bought a normal fan. It would be quieter, smaller footprint and achieve roughly the same!
