I would have anticipated that fasteners for a heavy product would be more durable and thicker.The bolt screw that was provided is (M5) x 35 mm, which is substantially too short for the 45 mm thickness of my front door, in addition to an additional 5 mm for the thread distance.It appears that I will need to purchase M5 x 50mm flanged button screws in order to affix this to my door structure. Please be sure to specify the screw dimensions in your product description.Is this supposed to have a rustic look, or is the face plate severely scratched?This product has a lot of potential but is marred by cheap, garish fixtures.Amazon failed to put my address to the parcel, thus it got lost in transport, however the customer support team was really courteous and helpful in dealing with this.
