Tough to get out of case.
The cover was very hard to remove. Not easy to get the SmartKey tool out, but once it is, it's great and easy to use after that.

Good replacement for lost re-key tool
It is hard to find replacement tools, so this came in handy. I thought it was a bit expensive, but glad to get it.

Ended up needing a locksmith
It broke my lock... had to pay 300 for a locksmith

I couldn't even insert this into the SmartKey slot.
