For more than seven decades I have been into exercising and working out. I have probably used just about every type of exercise equipment over the years; however, I never used a stretch strap. I always stretched on my own and was pretty flexible for most of my life but age and health related issues have affected my flexibility over the years.When I saw this product (Onory Yoga Strap Stretch Straps for physical therapy with exercise booklet and carry bag, non-elastic multi loops black) on Amazon for a bargain price I decided to purchase it. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and when I began using it for my stretches I was glad I had purchased this aid to stretching.The straps are also strong so you can actually use them for doing isometric types of exercise as well as stretching.If you are seeking an exercise device to help you in Yoga or for general stretching you may want to check out this product.Rating: 4 Stars. A couple of things I like about this strap...1. Highly visible color, so I can pick it out amongst all of the theraband, theratube, and other colored stuff hanging about...2. It is durable enough and yet light enough that I can throw them in the wash with other items. What I think would help is if the stirrups were offset, with openings on both sides of the strap. That way, the burden of weight is more on the center strap than the flexible stirrup. I bought a couple and plan to buy more when the seller has them in stock.

I had a total knee replacement 8 days ago and this strap SAVED ME! After my nerve block wore off there was no way in hell I could left my leg by myself, not even an inch. I had seen having a strap (belt, dog leash, etc) as a recommended must have item on FB so I did a quick search on Amazon and found this - I don't leave home (who am I kidding, the only place I go is PT and doctors appt at this point) without this awesome strap! Nurses and PT at hospital loved it too and asked where they could get one.

Excellent product. Didn't realize how useful it would be until I got it. I bought it to help me stretch out my foot as I have plantar fasciitis . The whole family is now using it because it makes stretching easier and less annoying ...

I had never heard of a loop strap before. I use my regular yoga strap all the time. I saw this on Amazon and was intrigued.Look on YOUTUBE - “Loop Stretch Strap workout” for a variety of routinesI LOVE this strap! It really makes my form SO MUCH better. You can control how far you pace your arms/hands for yoga poses.The loops are great for feet, arms, legs. Pretty comfortable.It was pretty affordable, and I will really get so much use out of it. It has a nice, small bag for storage, so you could toss it in your workout bag to take to the yoga studio.

This arrived quickly. It is a very sturdy strap; better than the one I use in physical therapy. I am tall and it is long, which is great. I have the red/grey strap. It comes with a bag and a sheet of stretches. I hope it is durable, as I have piriformis issues since my hip replacement and my therapist told me to keep the stretches in my routine permanently.

This is a long length so there's always room, the strap itself is 1 1/2" wide and a nice width when you're using it. I really couldn't be more pleased. The people who made this did a wonderful job on it. I especially like the size of the openings for your hands, easy to get a good grip!I'd definitely buy this again and certainly recommend it to friends!

Bought this to do the same stretches my physical therapist had me doing. This is a quality strap. Wide, smooth texture, very strong with big loops that are easy to grasp and fit feet into. It is long enough that I can put both feet in at the same time and still pull the middle up to mid chest. The stuff bag is equally high quality, will probably use that for backpacking.And for only $9.99 this is everything an exercise strap needs to be. Why pay more?
